The location is good enough. That was very close to niagara falls.
Motel was very bad. 20Dollars value this hotel! I wont never be again. Attended very bad. He threw me room key! The room was stinky. It has refrigerator and micro wave in the room. But nobody wants to use because too dirty!
room was dirty, drawer in dresser was missing.not enough outlets for tv,microwave, frig.had to unplug one to use other.
It was very cheap to Niagara falls, walking distance. Car parking easy and Manager or owner was very friendly and honest. yes it is not too high start hotel but good for staying for Niagara falls. Nice hot water though in shower rooms.
The place was not well cleaned. The cigarette smell stayed even with the pillows and blankets. No amount of fragrance spray worked.
It was not well kept.
Everything was just ok. This motel has bad reputation in internet, but there is no reason for it according to my experience. Of course, it is not some extra luxury, but fully satisfactory considering its price level. Clean room, towels, bathroom, calm place (only a/c was a little noisy, but it is quite normal in such cheap motels), even refrigerator. And mainly - the location (walking distance from Niagara Falls, approx.10 Minutes) is just amazing. I would come back to this place.
nasty! no working phone outlet, spiders!!!!!!!!!!!! parking lot is dark, small and in a bad part of town..they need to finish cleaning it up ! I propped a chair against the door for safety, and slept in my clothes.. the internet pics are deceiving.
The room was clean, the plumbing worked wello, and the a/c kept us cool. Also the owner helped me move some items which had been left for me to our room.
The wood furniture is worn considerably, but still very functional. Justy not new in several years.
The location was good as we could walk easily to all sites. King size bed was very comfortable. The owner, or office manager was a very nice man and made it a point to tell us about the nearby park and the evenings that fireworks would be set off. He was always very pleasant.
The furnishings were very old and the bathroom had a standing sink, toilet and tub. The lid on the tank was on backwards for the three days we were there, and there was standing water in the tub as we showered, which means that the cleaning person paid no attention to detail/cleanliness of the bathroom. I did not get the feeling that anything had been scrubbed. There was no hair dryer which comes standard in most rooms nowadays. There was the odor of stale cigarettes in the room as well.
We only talked with one person and was very nice. The location is excelent, the falls are at 5 min walking and bus stops at a few meters!, which is very good if you want to visit the falls without a car.
Although staff were doing their best for cleaning, the carpets and furniture still smelling (old, smoke). I think owners could spend some money changing this things and get better reputation.
Poor conditon, High value, Long distance away from sightseeing, I will never stay in it again
It is very near to Niagara State Park and can walk to that place in 5minutes.
The room was never cleaned after I occupied it for two days. Neither the room, blanketts, Bath room soaps not replenished, No garbage collection etc
only thing we like about Passport Inn was the location; it is close to the Niagra Falls. the rest it is not great, we did not have cold water, all of the water lines were with stiming water, even the toilet water was hot. we could not take a shower because the water was so hot that it will potentilly burn your skin. the office did not do anything about it, it was not pleasent at all. not enought towels and the sheaths were unsafe to use.
The location was great. It was in a 5 minutes walking distance from Niagara Falls.
Unfriendly staff, outdated room and bathroom furniture. The toilet and bathtub were broken. The toilet did not flush.
It is very close to the Falls. Its a walking distance from major attraction places. Safe place with parking availability. Plenty of hot and cold water.
Rooms not as clean as we expected.
No extra toilet paper, towels are stained.
